Relationship Skills

Build Healthy Relationships with Confidence

At V Health Space, we believe that strong, respectful relationships are essential for living a happy, independent, and fulfilling life. Our Relationship Skills program supports NDIS participants in developing the confidence, communication, and social skills needed to build positive relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and the wider community.

Whether you're looking to improve communication, make new friends, understand personal boundaries, or strengthen existing relationships, our experienced team provides personalised, practical support in a safe and supportive environment. This content is inspired by common relationship skills topics offered in the disability sector but is written uniquely for V Health Space.
